Omaha is a crappy game and Limit poker is WORSE

I don’t play much Omaha. There is a reason. I had a boat (fullhouse) last night and knew I’d beat my opponents straight. When the dust settled we both splitted the pot with straights! Argh! What I forgot about Omaha is you can only count 2 cards from your hand towards the high and 2 cards towards the low. So in my case I needed to count my pair of nines and one of my queens to make my boat. Since I could only count 2 I couldn’t make my boat!

Limit poker is worse! Limit SUCKS! Or maybe I just don’t know how to play it.

The problem with limit poker is these idiots play any hand. You get sucked out on way to easily in limit. I end up having to play really tight in limit poker and I still get sucked out on.

Maybe I need to do some reason on Limit. I haven’t read much about it. Maybe I’m just playing it wrong.

I’ll check over at Poker School Online and see what articles they have on Limit Poker.

I do still enjoy stud poker though. I really wish more people played 7 card stud. It is an awesome game.

On another note.. I’m putting back up the links to where I am currently playing and my username’s there. If you ever want to match wits against me, look me up.
